How long does shipping take?
Orders are shipped from our warehouse within 1 to 3 business days. Once the order is shipped, carriers typically deliver it within 2 to 7 business days.
Please note that during high-volume promotions and holiday periods, receiving your order may take longer.
Boréale cannot guarantee shipping times and cannot cancel a shipment once it is in transit. If a product is in transit and takes longer than expected, we will not issue a refund if the product arrives later than anticipated.
Do you ship worldwide?
No, we only ship in Quebec & Ontario for the moment.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is free with any orders of $70 or more before taxes. Otherwise, we charge a flat fee of $10.00 for shipping
How do I track my order?
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with your shipping confirmation including your tracking number and a link where you can track your order.
I only received part of my order. What do I do ?
Please note that in order to avoid overpacking, all our cases are sent separately, and it happens sometimes that some cases arrive before others. It rarely takes more than a few days to receive the rest, but if you still haven’t received anything after a 7 days, please email us at info@boreale.com
My order/item was damaged in transit. What do I do ?
If your order/item is damaged during shipping, please take a photo of the damaged good(s), provide your email address used to place the order and order number and send this information to info@boreale.com
My order was returned to sender. What do I do ?
If your order was returned to the sender for any reason, please email our customer service team at info@boreale.com
What should I do if I entered the wrong shipping address?
If you accidentally entered the wrong shipping address, please notify our team immediately via email at info@boreale.com
Please note, once an order is placed there's a very small amount of time in which we are able to make any order changes.
I'm unable to place an order.
You can only place an order on our website if your delivery address is located in Québec and Ontario. Please send an email at info@boreale.com, our customer service team will be able to assist you.
Can I change my order?
Due to the high volume of orders and limited quantities available, we are unable to make changes to any orders once the order is placed.

I forgot to add my coupon code before placing my order.
Unfortunatly, once your order is placed, it is not possible for us to modify it. You might be able to use your coupon for your next order. Please note that our promo code can only be used once and cannot be combined with any other offer.
My coupon code is not working.
Please note that you can only use promo codes once on regular priced items. It can't be combined with any other offers. Certain coupon also have an expiry date and can't be claimed once expired.

What is the alcohol content of your beers?
A can contains less than 0.5% of alcohol.
What are the main ingredients?
Water, malts, hops and yeast. Please check product page for the specific ingredient list of each product.
What is the shelf life of your products?
Our beers can be preserved for 8 months.
Are your products gluten-free?
Our beers are not gluten-free.
Are your products safe for pregnancy and breastfeeding ?
Although all our products are less than 0.5%, we recommend consulting with your health care practitioner prior to making any dietary additions and/or changes.

Where is Hors Sentiers brewed?
We are located in Blainville, Quebec and our non alcoholic beers are brewed in Ontario.
Can I pick up from your brewery?
Yes, you can buy our beers at the Relais Boréale right accross our brewery.
Can I buy your products in stores ?
Yes, you can find our beers in most of the groceries stores in Quebec.
